Vintage Chessie System Railroad RR First Aid Kit- No. 6

Here we have a vintage Chessie System Railroad RR First Aid Kit No. 6 with card.
This measures about 4-3/4 by 3-1/2 inches.  It appears to have all contents, but does look like some of the low-sol was used, but that may be the way it was packaged.
Has the Chessie System contents card with it! Sold as collectible only as contents would have expired long ago!
